Meditation in Maastricht
Meditation has becoming very popular nowadays.
But what does meditation mean?
The Tibetan definition of it is “getting familiar":
when we practice meditation we get familiar to our mind, our thoughts, emotions and to our body.
It’s a method to cultivate uncondicional friendship to ourselves,
it's a a method to be a more aware, kind and loving person.
There are 2 main meditations:
Peace of mind meditation
&
Analitical meditation.
Our Meditation Practice will continue on Thursday"s evening
after Summer Holidays
Time: 20:00p.m. to 21:00p.m.

On this "Thursday Meditation Practice," we focus on the "Peace of Mind Meditation"
